Client relations and property inspection are personally handled by Cristina, ensuring clear communication, regular updates, and hands on oversight. Every property is visited and checked with care and every client has direct contact with us.
As a family-run business, we intentionally remain boutique. We work with trusted network of localprofessionals while personally overseeing every service provided.

He oversees maintenance, inspections, and project coordination with precision and professionalism.
